Born in 1982 in Uliastai, Zavkhan province, he graduated the Rajiv Gandhi School of Arts and Crafts in 1999-2002 and the
Mongolian National University of Arts and Culture, School of Fine Arts in 2003-2008. He is also a member of the Union of Mongolian Artists (UMA).
